These rules apply to all players using the G.R.B.C. DayZ server. By joining the server, players are expected to understand and follow the rules below.
Respect other players and the server community.
No harassment, discrimination, personal attacks or abusive behaviour.
Do not deliberately disrupt the experience of other players.
Respect the server's designated PvE and PvP areas.
Do not initiate PvP outside areas where PvP is permitted.
Do not use technicalities or exploits to circumvent PvP restrictions.
Do not deliberately destroy or grief another player's legitimate base.
Do not block essential roads, entrances, traders or important map locations.
Follow any server-specific building limitations or restrictions.
Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs or using unauthorised software is prohibited.
Do not intentionally abuse duplication, map or server exploits.
Report serious exploits to the administration rather than abusing them.
Use only approved mods and content required by the server.
Do not attempt to bypass server-side restrictions or protections.
Do not abuse mod mechanics in a way that intentionally damages the server or other players' experience.
Follow reasonable instructions from server administrators and moderators.
Do not impersonate staff or falsely claim administrative authority.
Administrative decisions concerning rule enforcement may be made to protect the server and its community.
If you encounter a cheater, exploit, serious rule violation or other problem, report it through the designated community support channel.
Include useful evidence such as screenshots, video, player names and approximate time whenever possible.
Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, staff may issue warnings, remove content, kick players, temporarily restrict access or permanently ban accounts.
Attempts to evade a punishment may result in additional action.
